Garage Door Gap

Can someone tell me if this gap between my garage door and wall is normal? We purchased this house new and have been living here for 5 years. I mentioned this to the builder the first year and he somewhat corrected it but now the gap seems excessive. Any info and advice would be appreciated! Thank you

From your picture nothing definitive but the concrete wall may not be plumb.

The track the door rides up and down may be out of adjustment. There are brackets holding the track in place, and in the brackets there are slots to use to move the track in or out to remove gaps.
