A nice loooooong console below the tv. with an APP on your phone via You Tube, and turn that black hole to art......and a nice "view". You can have revolving, gorgeous scenery if you like.

Love Jan Moyer's idea of making the tv a revolving piece of art! Another idea would be to turn the entire wall into a dynamic and dramatic piece of art. That might not be everyone's cup of tea but sometimes a big, bold state is just what a room needs.

What about furniture and decor in an asymmetric arrangement, with or without painted accent wall. Random blue color is to show concept only. Two postions for credenza:

First lower the TV so that the center of the screen is at eye level when you are seated . I love Ikea Besta for this exact purpose it gives you a cabinet to anchor the TV some good storage and as much display as you need. It can be configured to fill that whole wall and look customNot sure bout your style but this kind of idea is what I like very simple and the TV a frame type or the app to have that be alike aphoto gallery or art.

Yesterday, Pinterest led me to a site called wallism.com. I love the concept, but I probably can’t do it because I have textured walls. But I might be able to paint my wall similar to some of those backdrops. I particularly liked the ones in the floral section - jungle, not so much.

This is what we did. I love it!! Cabinets from Ikea with butcher block on top. Books, games, DVDs in cabinets.
