I have approximately 16 ft depth kitchen galley. 2 cabinets depth are about 2 ft each on both sides. and island of 4 feet and 2 walkways of 4 feet. I'm planning to put in recessed lighting on the edge of the countertops on both sides. I'm also planning on putting pendant lights in the middle of the island and 4 recessed lights over the kitchen island sink and workspace. My plan is attached. Is this too much. The walkway and island recessed lighting will be on separate switches as well as the pendant lighting. There will be dimmers! Would love to know if I'm on the right path.
