Hello! I had some exterior (pebbled) stucco repair work done on my house, and thought I could handle smoothing just 2 sides of these 2 porch post/pillars myself. These were not touched y the plaster guys. Would it be best to try either the Quikcrete fast-setting concrete or the Quikcrete Stucco patch product?

Thought I would first scrape it relatively smooth, the apply either product and smooth. Thanks for any suggestions / advice!
