decorating a large wall

I’m struggling with how to decorate this large wall in our condo. It’s roughly 25’ long with 10.5’ ceilings. Art that we brought from our last house feels too small and is swallowed by the vast space. Can we break it into smaller sections? Should it be one giant accent wall? I need help.

I'm not sure this is the best furniture arrangement or use of floor space, but hard to say much more without a floor plan and measurements.

You could make it a gallery wall. Start with what you already have and work your way out as you find things you like. There are many wonderful summer art fairs to visit and to shop.

Art, art, art! Do a gallery wall, a 3D scupltrure wall, or maybe do a wallpaper mural. Some ideas:

Wonderful apartment! A tall secretary or hutch near the dining table would add vertical interest and storage, if needed. You could then hang two horizontal-oriented art works to the left of the window, one above the other. They should be a big size. Or you could hang a very large vertical piece of art on left and two horizontals near window. Not a pro, but I think the space is too large for a gallery wall and would look messy.

The table is too small for the space also. If you don't want to get a new one, I think a console is necessary. I would place the table further to the right and arrange art over the console in a smaller grouping than the whole width of the wall. I agree with Caroline O, that is too much space to do a gallery wall on. Gallery walls are difficult to get right. If you're not up to it, get some new pieces so you can restrict the arrangement to maybe just two or three pieces. Then arrange something on the other end of the wall across from the kitchen separately. A tall storage piece across from the kitchen could work, too.

I'm thinking about the sightline into the home from the foyer.

If there was a way to move the dining table, you would create a grand entry slash accent wall.

You need art at the front door (red rectangle).

You could lay down a runner.

The long buffet suggested would also double as your entry console.

Dramatic art on the wall in the corner (red rectrangle) as a focal point to draw the eye. Something quirky to go with the sculpture and set it apart from the other art on the wall.

A hanging plant or tall tree in the window to let in light but still stop the eye and create a sense of enclosure there.

Maybe the sectional could go on that wall.

Your room requires a longer dining room table with a sideboard/buffet behind it if there is room. Add a large canvas above, maybe candlelit sconces. (no chandelier???)

You could add a tree and some multiple framed prints in the corner.

You could try adding a buffet with artwork behind the dining room table. Then add a tall plant on one side. It doesn't look like you'd need more than that, however you might be able to add some smaller artwork near the window on the right.

Try adding a buffet near the dining room table and grounding that area with a rug as well.
