Honestly, it looks a lot like soap scum. (Any chance there's also a shelf or soap dish above the spot in that corner?) We get a similar haze on our shower hex floor too, although our tiles are white so it shows a lot less. It only comes off with a pretty thorough cleaning. (I use Dawn plus vinegar spray with a lot of elbow grease.) Bar soap is the primary cause for ours, because one person in our house is very insistent on using it--the spots are most prominent under the soap dish and then in the spots where the shower spray typically lands. It would be unusual to seal glossy hex, especially if you requested it not be sealed, so I'd be surprised if that turns out to be the problem.

No bar soap and no shower shelf whatsoever. if i scratch at it with a fingernail or rub it with a fingertip, its smooth and dry like new Porcelain (or Stone,-like). its not grimy like scum and not calcified on top of the stone.. Ill try the vinegar and dishsoap. i dont think i have tried those…

I would certainly try a steam cleaner. It won't hurt it (unless you have epoxy grout) and would remove most everything.

CLR is a super strong acid. It ruined the grout and the glaze both.

Gloss tiles are not shower floor rated to begin with. Using harsh chemicals on them doesn't help. You can see where it ate away at the grout. This is going to be a full redo.

How long have these tile been installed?

What failed waterpoofing system was used here that you felt you had to resort to full nuclear to clean it?
