Desert Rose Masters, Unite!

last modified: 11 months ago

I have a desert rose of the arabicum variety that I had struggled with at first, and lost some branches, which are now just nubs that were inactive last year. This year, a repot and trim has it exploding with growth from the remaining active cut branches, but I want to reactivate those lost nubs. When I trimmed it for ramification, I cut the nubs a little to see if I could stimulate some growth, but so far, I can't get them to grow. Are they just done, or it is possible to resurrect them?
