I just had Marvin essential and elevates installed yesterday. I have not inspected the majority of our window weatherstrips as they are casements and don’t have the hardware installed yet. We have 5 double hung windows though and the weatherstrips on 4 of them are misshapen/ bent. One appears to be coming off entirely. Is this something to bring up or not really a big deal and just a result of shipping? Obviously I would like new windows to be perfect but also don’t want to nag anyone if it’s no biggie.
The other thing is one side of our quad slider is difficult to open and close. The other side is much better. Our installers worked for a long time trying to make it easier with no luck. Should I escalate this issue as well or is the side that can be locked to be stationary just more difficult?
