Mineral paint for masonry is the correct product. Regular exterior paint is not what you want to do.

RomaBio's Nube Gray is the same color as some grout. That could be an option.

That color works on that house because of the grout. Your grout is darker and it's not going to relate or flow cohesively the same way.

The color to change the brick needs to be a color you can see in the stone or grout.

RomaBio can be tinted to any major brand's color - expect close, spot-on is the exception, not the norm.

But to answer your question to get that look, I'd pull these colors. Sunlight strips Chroma (colorfulness). Colors that look white are too neutral, not enough color to go outside. Unless you want a bright, bright white look. ☀️

If you get those chips, put them in order just as they are.

They're in order by hue angle and you'll see a gradation of yellowness with {{possibly}} pink/peachy overtones to yellowness that looks more neutral or possibly greenish overtones.
