Drill and fill spray to insulate inside concrete blocks

Looking to insulate concrete blocks in laundry room, it is the only part non insulated and it is like 95-100 degrees in the afternoon in Florida summer. This company in Orlando has very good reviews, they use the product core-fill500. Reviews seem legit, people speak of great reduction in temperature (10 deg from 90ies to 80ies without AC). Still, in general contractor in reddit seem against drill and fill, mentioning moisture and thermal bridging. What do you think? My laundry has a bunch of exposed pipes and conduits and drill and fill seems like the best option.
