Hello everyone, I am new to growing roses and I was hoping someone could look at these pictures of this rose and advise me. I received Paul Barden’s Oshun from Rogue Valley and have had it planted for about a month. When it came in the mail it did have some white appearing powder on the leaves but I didn’t think much of it because Im clueless. I’m just starting to learn about rose disease and am wondering if this is powdery mildew. The new growth appears to be healthy but the old growth not so much. Im not sure if there is anything I need to do to make this rose happier. Please ignore the ugly tumbleweed 😫Thanks :)
