Minwax Stain on Red Oak Floors

We have a new build going up from out of state and have to pick a Minwax floor color without seeing it in person. Is anyone familiar with these stains and the light to mid brown colors that have a green undertone to cancel out the red in the oak? So far I've only been able to find out that Jacobean has a green undertone and I think that one might be too dark. Any pics of your own floors would also be appreciated! : )

I am worried for you.

Minwax is not the preferred stain of flooring professionals.

And choosing a stain on red oak without actually seeing it seems like a big risk if you are detail oriented (translate that as "picky", but I'm being nice!). If there is someone you trust who can look at samples for you, that is what I would do. Or drive up to look at them myself.

Is there any chance of getting this done with a pre-finished floor? Then at least you could see what the floors will look like (buy a box where you are).
