We are thinking about installing some hanging 2 heaters under our vinyl pergola (would be over a dining table). We have other typical "roller" heaters, but they tend to get too hot for the vinyl and are difficult and time consuming to uncover, move around, and ignite the propane (we put them to side during the day as think they are an eyesore when not needed) for the times when we are out there for only 30 minutes or so, enjoying an evening drink. Hanging heaters would be electrical and have a remote for easy use.

Has anyone had any issues with vinyl and hanging heaters? For the one I am looking at, it says it can hang up to 24" from the "ceiling". If it helps, here is the one we are considering.
