Thank you! I realize many companies have these but when applied on fiber glass, they look nothing like the photos. Old Masters has a gel stain called cedar…but when put on fiber glass it’s super dark.

Whose door are you using? Have you look at their stain kits? And be aware Minwax stains are interior products, not made for exterior.

A fiberglass door simply has a wood grain embossed in the surface.

If you expect the door to resemble wood with multiple colors that represent graining, that takes a skill of a painter who has been trained in that technique at a trade school. They're out there, but you pay for the skill set.

I’m not sure what brand it is. It’s the front door.

Since your brick is cooler/taupe/gray, I'd stay away from anything yellow based.

It's the perfect stain color for that brick. pretty shade too.

A vote for General Finishes. Miles better than Minwax.

A faux wood finish is more difficult to get right than people realize.

You might be better off with a solid paint in a wood tone shade. Same effect for the facade visually.

It will never look ,like real wood so why not just a solid color that works .
