White or Linen Cabinets in the Kitchen?

We are getting ready to pick the color of our new cabinets in the kitchen. The kitchen is open on one side with a peninsula bar that looks into the dining room. The walls are Sherwin William's Accessible Beige (a greige) with white trim. There is a white column (it's not painted yet in the picture but it's white now), also in line of site from the kitchen and because of the open floor plan, you can also see a bit of the built ins (pic attached). The floors are hardwood (Special Walnut), the granite will be Bianca Bordeaux (whites, greys, natural tones with large pattern).

So we are trying to decide if we should paint the cabinets white or linen? It is so close to the trim and other very white pieces, I am worried that linen would look dirty. But then again, linen is so close to white that maybe it won't. I also worry that going with white cabinets will be TOO white.

Thoughts?
