Consider getting rid of the corner pantry and completing that corner with cabinets and countertops. You can move pantry cabinets into that to the arch at some point. Counter space isn’t useful unless it is where you are working, so completing that corner will give you much more useable space than adding cabinets anywhere else will. Looking without the island in the way, you would continue your lower (and possibly upper if you want them) cabinets around the corner, meeting up with your ovens, and topping them with whatever counter material you have or want. Butcher block would be fine. Good luck!
