The following recipe is all raw ingredients:

4 Cup shaved Brussel Sprouts

1/4 Cup olive oil

1/4 Cup lemon juice

1/2 Cup pine nuts ( I use walnuts)

1/3 Cup dried cranberries

1/3 CUP GRATED PECORINO CHEESE ( I USE CUBED WHATEVER IS IN FRIGE)

salt & pepper

1/3 Cup chopped chives

Basically mix all the ingredients let sit and enjoy

What do you suggest to sub for the cheese to make this vegan?

Friend told me tofu is tasteless, kiddos hate vegan cheeses.
