Who is the manufacturer of both products?

Would suggest if you are updating your bathroom that you replace the floor tile. It looks rather dated and am not sure it will go well with beadboard.

I am planning the same thing, but I don't like the feel of the PVC board, so am going with the other. I plan to paint the boards with a semi gloss paint to make everything water and moisture proof. I love the wallpaper, but probably would paint the wainscot in a lighter color. This is what I'm going for in my guest bathroom.

My house has real wood t&g beadboard from 1908 with no issues. I see no reason to use pvc in your situation. I’ve done baths and kitchens with the plywood beadboard (plybead) with great success including in rentals.

@millworkman the hardware beadboard is Eucatile and I cannot find the one for the pvc beadboard. It was a marketplace purchase
