Garden Open House - July 21, NH

Hello,

Tried to have an open house last year and unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute. Going to go for it again this year!

Sunday 7/21, 10:30 - 4

51 Langan Drive, Goffstown, NH

Hope to see some of you here to talk gardens!

Here is a reasonable facsimile (LOL!) of what they'll look like at that time:

These areas are the main highlights in late July. More beds/borders in backyard too!

Cheers!

Susan

Saw your post on Facebook and hope to make it this year. you have an amazing amount of color in your garden. so beautiful. i habe been concentrating on my veggie garden but still bought three hostas for my perennial bed renovation. i saw an interesting youTube video with a gardener who explained how she kept color in her long beds going all season. if I recall correctly she planted in clusters so each cluster had three plants or more that bloomed at different times. End of July is when color is disapppearing from my garden beds so it will be educational for me to see what looks good in your garden then.

Thyme, great photos from last year? I have a feeling this year will be even better with all the rain we had earlier and the warmer winter last year. Yikes, that's right around the corner! Where is the summer going?

Hope to make it! My avid gardener friend lives not far from you. Its on our calendars!

PM2, the garden is so incredible this year. everything so lush and happy!

We have lots of projects we have been up to. Finally getting to some of those ”get to someday projects”.

I keep looking at that first photo you posted above....it really is quite a sight! such a well designed and colorful garden. You'v made the most of your lot. And where my lot is completely flat, I do miss the changes in elevation that you seem to have just enough of. Beautiful!

Marvelous! It is an exquisite garden! So colorful overall and so many delights tucked away. It was great to see such wonderful curated specimens throughout the garden doing so well. Thank you Susan for opening your garden. It was a lovely visit. You have the touch!

Thank you so much, Wendy. It was so nice to meet you! Let me know any time you come up to visit your friend here and you can both swing over any time.

    You are always welcome!

I got to meet Wendy and her friend! shocked to that I might have seen the garden 15 years ago when Annie was having plant swaps. The spice shrub is now a tree! After rounding the house and walking down the slope to the driveway, even that view of the driveway is beautiful. Thank you so much for inviting us. My husband even spotted the pump in the back yard and thought the ledge was a perfect backdrop.

Thank you! The ledge is now very exposed with the oaks down and opens up some new opportunities! I am so glad you came. It was great to see you again. Time sure does fly!
