Maybe an extendable towel bar to hold your towel for when you step out of the shower.

What's behind the doors? If it's closet space and there isn't a full length mirror, a full length mirror would be nice.

You need some color and texture...I'd go with a few towel hooks and art above.

My favorite thing in my bathroom is a cushioned bench I had built to fill an empty wall. Mine has storage and i keep my lotions and nail care and polishes in it. It is great for moisturizing and pedicures Maybe bench with or without storage would work for you.

You have good perching places and plenty of storage. What you don't have is a ton of visual cohesion or focus. I'd place on that wall a large vertical piece of art that really anchors the room, then get towels that pic up on the colors of the art.

Place a leaning large mirror there.

A leaning mirror sounds dangerous to me! I wouldn’t want any risk of it getting knocked over and having glass all over the bathroom.A mirror is a nice idea, just secure it!

Why not try a console table with artwork, a make-up vanity area, or just a large piece of artwork.
