What is it you want exactly? and, plans are so small even when enlarging them at max so can't really tell what they are clearly.

I want to fit as many people as possible if needed with privacy; I want it also to have good flow and enjoyable for one person; to maximize backyard deck access and outdoor dining; to make daily functions like dressing eating and laundry easy; and to look beautiful and modern.
