My sister loved her Thermador oven, so when we remodeled, I decided to switch to Thermador after being less than bowled over the last 10 years by Wolf.

What a mistake! I have a $9000 double oven that "sometimes" preheats, and sometimes not. It will occasionally get just shy of preheated, then the progress line just bounces around for over an hour, never reaches temp.

The fix is to flip the breaker to "reset" the oven. Sadly ovens are computers now. Not a good long term solution.

Now, I judge companies not by the problems, but by how well they fix it. My experience is that after 4 months, I can't even get a supervisor to call me back. The last email was a month ago to say "we're making a decision". Anyone else have the secret to resolving this? My cabinet is custom made to fit these ovens so I think the best I can do is get them to replace? But how?
