Let’s update this stucco home exterior!
Our South Carolina home was built in 2007. I dislike the heavy raised and recessed treatment that was popular back then and think that a more subtle color scheme would minimize that and the harsh white window trim. Your color concepts (including shutters, front door and garage doors) are welcomed! Caveat: we’ll need POA approval and I won’t go for gray. Current scheme could be described as a pinkish-tan body, yellow vanilla trim, mahogany brown shutters and front door (sorry I don’t know the real color name or numbers). Make her timeless and pretty!

PRO2 years agoDo you like this look all the trim and garage doors like the siding or in your case the stucco. No shutters on any of those windows .

2 years agoPaint everything white except the inside window trim. Here is a stucco house that does have heavy molding on the bottom, but it disappears with this paint job.

2 years agoYou have a lovely home. What colors will your HOA or POA allow. Mine is UBER strict. No white unless you fight them.
So if they say no white you might consider as light as you can with a creamy color to go with your roof.

So we have white trending in the answers and nix the shutters. There are millions of whites, but you've given me a direction, thank you!
Boxerpal, our POA will allow white, but they don't want houses next to each other to be the same color. Our neighbors have a cool, bright white and black roof. I think if we choose either a celery white or a warm white it will be approved.
Several of the inspo pictures have gray roofs, but ours is actually a sun bleached, ashy-brown if that is helpful to know.
How about the front door color (in addition to Kendrah's wood suggestion)? I love the idea of wood garage doors, but that was not in the budget. - 2 years ago
What colors do you like? I love wood too but if its not in the budget what color do you like? Blues, Greens...
I stand by my creamy white color because that will look gorgeus with white.
