Sectionals are the least versatile furniture money will buy. Making them quite often the most "expensive" in more ways than one. Post your framing plan: ) with the dimensions. The 1/4 inch to one foot plan.

You don't just rush out and buy. You plan, you make a mood board of the look and feel you WANT in the new house.

Post your plan, no better site exists for no cost help, though depending circumstances, your best option may often be a designer to help you in Naples.

First no sectional ever . We need to see the space and I love leather but in hot humid climates somethimes not the best choice but there are some great farics that are similar to outdoor fabric and can work. So to scal floor plan info from you as to how many seats where is the TV going more info gets better help. The plan posted here with all measurements clearly marked and in jpeg format in a comment DO NOT start another post.

I'll echo the no sectional. They actually are not great for seating a crowd, take up more space than they can seat. Do you want one for a built in space to lounge? Consider an ottoman instead.

Material choices is personal preference that needs to take into account many things. Do you have kids, pets, sloppy folks eating on the sofa? Do you like a formal look, over stuffed? When you say coastal, that have become a particular style "costal decor". Is that what you are referring to?

Do you have any inspiration pics of what you want this room to look like? What other rooms can you see from this room?

Will the a/c be running all the time? If so, go ahead with the leather. Nothing beats the look and durability. If no a/c (which I believe wouldn't be the case in Naples), then a microfiber would be my choice because it will remain cool when it's hot.

What I would like you to do is go to a Flexteel store and look at the Kashmira fabrics. One group look exactly like leather; the other group looks exactly like suede. I have recommended this fabric to several clients (and I, too, have purchased it) and it is a pretty clear winner. Let the salesperson tell you all about Kashmira. It's pretty much indestructible

Advantages of Kashmira:
