Full 32. Even when using store bought, I usually use two 15 oz instead of buying the 28 oz can.

Yes, I also just dump the quart in, it works for most applications.

I haven't had any issues using my full quarts, and don't plan to short my jars. I suppose I could spoon a few out and freeze but why complicate my life..... 😁 I'm a home cook, not a chef being judged.

Yes, I always use a full qt too, though I think some recipes are a little more liquidy sometimes.

Canning tomatoes starts today or tomorrow for me. Since my garden is small, I rarely have more than 2 or 3 qts in the canner. So glad I discovered the steam canner years ago (not pressure) since a whole water bath for only 2 qts would really be a pain.

I just took out a qaurt of sauce, cause i have no pints left, used it for 3 different meals.
