Remodel SOS - Kitchen Island vs Peninsula

So we are at the point in our remodel where we must make final decisions on our kitchen layout. This is our first home and first remodel so please give us your expertise but also don’t be mean I’m too stressed I’ll cry.
So far we have two options:
Option 1: Kitchen Island
Pros: aesthetically pleasing, feels more open
Cons: guest bathroom door very close, less storage

Option 2: Peninsula
Pros: more storage, would provide a boundary for bathroom
Cons: extra wall feels a bit awkward

Ysually Houzz does not allow depeteing post past about an hour So now you will just need to read both. We need a to scale floor plan on graph paer every measurement clearly marked posted here in jpeg format in a comment PLEASE DO NOT start another post all things about this space now dealt with on your posts you have already going.

I apologize I’m new to this! So here are the 2D floor plans. Dining table is the oval, blue rug = Option 1 island. White rug = Option 2 peninsula. Both options have a little over 5ft from island/peninsula to dining area. Oven to sink = 4ft on both options. On option 2: Peninsula, the space between the peninsula wall and the piece of kitchen wall is about 44inches. The bathroom that might be an issue is the guest bathroom. Please let me know if you need anything else or have any questions! Thanks so much for your help!

That rendering does not help at all. We need a floor plan, nothing more, with ALL DIMENSIONS in Imperial dimensions not metric.
