Please help with awkward livingroom layout

I have an oddly arranged living room I don't know where to put the two leather couches and TV. I also have a six-person dining table and a desk/chair. Would you be able give me some ideas? It's currently positioned like below picture. I have a fireplace (where shaded black) and perhaps I could put the TV above it. Though not sure how far the couch should go (not to have my neck strained) and not feel blocked by the couch when entering through the door!

mount the TV above the fireplace with a drop down TV mounting bracket for comfortable viewing.

Shelf side, dining. fireplace side living. arrange the sofas in an L shape, perpendicular to each other facing the desk and fireplace. put the tv where the desk is. the desk can go into the dining area.

If you don't have anything to display on the shelves, remove them. I would replace the carpeting with wood floors. Area rugs would differentiate the two areas better. A sofa and dining table that seats six as shown on the floor plan is too much furniture for that side of the room. If you don't need to seat six people regularly, get something smaller, and no sofa there.

Maybe like this? (TV over fireplace.) A bit tight, if my scale is correct, but workable?

It looks like, in this case, hanging the TV over the fireplace might be your best option.
