Looks like it might over-watering, watering from the top? Always water African violets from the bottom, and never get water on the leaves.

I'm no expert on African violets but know a thing or two about plants. Those white spots give a clue to a problem of mites on the leaves, if you have a jewelers loupe or magnifying glass you can easily see them on the underside of the leaf. Another potential reason for those spots is edema, and usually seen on indoor and greenhouse plants.
This is caused by the roots taking up more water than the leaves can transpire and it ruptures the cells underneath the leaves. Check for mites and if none are found look at the possibility the plant is being over watered, plants like moist soil but not wet.
I don't know what fertilizer your using and it but not all fertilizers are created equal and most premixed fertilizers lack anywhere from 2 to 13 nutrients plants need and there may be a lack of at least one of these nutrients to make levels curl, or even excess of one or more fertilizers that would cause it. A balance of water, fertilizer and light are needed, I see the plant is close enough to the window for a low light plant and should be ruled out as long as it's not getting direct sunlight.
