WHY 18' ceilings anywhere and show us that wall in some drawings

You need a an independant KD and an ID we have no idea of anything with those drawings.

There is no home that needs an 18' ceiling , let alone a kitchen and no home , view regardless that benefits from that height......let alone in a kitchen

Thanks for your response. I do t have any drawings yet as we just started my building and no framing yet but wall looks similar to pic here without false ceiling. One side entrance to living loom and rest of thing is wall with embossed fire place

Yes I have 3 questions for the same house . So opened different threads. 18 foot ceiling for only living g and kitchen and rest of the house is 12 feet .

If this is your home? Re think the concept. If you are design build ? Get an architect. : )

Nobody can tell anything from any of the pics and this isn't something you crowd source, at all.
