What does 'ttt' mean?

And those darkened areas on the large leaf look like a type of leaf miner. Not sure what's causing the dead tips of the vine, tho I do spy what looks like a tiny caterpillar on there - melonworm?

ttt = to the top it is not leaf miner. It is fungus, I was aggressive and cut all vines with signs on this and was able to stop it. I also sprayed daconcil and immunox alternating every 2 weeks (so once a month for each fungacide).
