Ask the owners if you can walk up to the house with sample boards made up of the new colors that the BM shop mixed up for you. I've never had anyone say no when I have asked to do something similar.

The doors look dark brown and similar to BM Night Horizon that I used on my garage doors. Get a sample board and put it up against the door.

it’s possible to physically measure the colour attributes of the paint colours you currently have. You just need a small device which links via Bluetooth to your phone.

That will give you their Hue Family, value, chroma, LRV.

That information can be used to find the nearest match paint colours available, not only by Benjamin Moore but a range of other brands also.

Only then consider colour matching if nothing close enough still exists.

While I'm no fan of those color, you can take them to the store for a match or upload your pic to the Ben Moore site/app and the computer will tell you. You might have to experiment with samples to make sure you have the right tones. Since all paint is pigments added to white paint, for lighter tones, you ask for more white. Our house is 75% SW Juniper Blue and 25% more white.

All you have to do is measure the colors. I recommend a Nix Mini 3. On sale for $87; the best device available under $100.

It's the paint store made portable and you can lift the colors directly from the body and the doors. Literally takes less than 60 seconds.

All of the makers of the portable color measurement devices do a fair amount of advertising on Instagram and Facebook.

Problem is they only talk about how to use the "color matching" feature in the app that works with the device. Which is *fine*. But...

There's so much more that can be done in terms of leveraging the science involved and that's a big chunk of the curriculum I've been teaching since 2016.

I woulkd like to see your cabin . The colors are going to be close I bet so get sample cans of the colors they can mix or as suggested take the color pic to the store. I find thm kind of blah so I need to see your cabin post the pic here in a comment DO NOT start another post.

Get the Nix Mini - It will get you close to the same color. Buy a couple of samples and hold them against the house that you are trying to match. Then take them back to your cabin and look at them against each side of your home at different times of the day.

Remember that the color just has to be close. Not exact. The color will look different in May than it looks in September, it will look different on a sunny day than it looks on a cloudy day, it will fade over time.

Their home probably looked different when they had it painted than what it looks like today.

You can loose your mind and try to make it perfect, or you can pick something close that no one, including you, will notice is different if you don't move your cabin a foot away from their cabin.
