With a wood vanity I would opt for a white countertop such as #2 which doesn't seem to have the large veining like #4 if it's a small vanity (we don't see your vanity nor the space it will occupy. Complement the look with black hardware, faucet, and mirror.

Plain white.

Do you want contrast or consistency with the cats? White vanity with solid black counter would look great with that floor.

ETA: your trim and toilet are traditional, so not sure the light wood vanity coordinates with that.

I would go with 2.

Plain white would work best. No veined quartz--it just doesn't look realistic. Plain white is classic and will look good now and in the future.

A vein pattern is fine if you are OK with understanding that in a smaller piece like a vanity you may not have all the veining you envision. You have about nine inches of counter top area on each side of sink cutout.

I’ve thought about black. Not sure about darker wood because I’m afraid it’ll look fake. I’m kind of going for an elegant, serene and boho look. I like it all lol
