You do not have room for both, you barely have room for what is there now. In fact without all dimensions the toilet as currently located may not even be to code now.

It was built in 1970; it is an odd layout, which is why I want to change it. I don’t mind giving up some space from the bedroom to the bathroom, but had originally wanted to add onto the house. That’s not going to be an option., unfortunately

Please redo the drawing , add every foot and inch of everything, including the bedroom, every window ALL of it. . Scan it on a printer,, file as a jpeg and upload so we can see it blown up with a click. A click shrinks your screen shot.

You can not have a tub and a shower as it exists. You barely have room for your knees on that potty.

Everything but the toilet is drawn to scale; every square is 1 foot. The room with the combo is 5‘ x 5‘ to the sheet rock. Walls are 4 inches; I don’t have fancy software to create a formal floor plan,, sorry.
