My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

gunite or liner

Please share experience with gunite vs liner pools! I want a liner pool and my husband wants gunite. I am seeing horror stories about gunite.

If you have gunite, what is the smoothest finish? Also is yours blotchy and hard to maintain?

If you have liner, are you experiencing any issues?

Trying to weigh our pros and cons.
