My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the floors! Is this Vinyl?

    The floors were ~$8.00/square foot but we can't recommend them. They were and epic pain in the @$$ to install; the stain didn't take and they had to be restrained & sealed requiring us to move out for a week. We like the look but would choose a different product.

    If it helps with selection: 7" Distressed Chalet Series - Whistler color, but again. I do not recommend the product.

      I've been shopping for floors and I'd bet money the floors are made by Castle and Comb and the stain is Gloucester. If it is the Gloucester floor then to answer your question no, it is not laminate...it's a engineered hardwood floor and very good quality...I'll be interested for a confirmed answer.

      The flooring is not vinyl - they are reclaimed, hand hewn, wide plank wood. Thank you for your interest!
