I would say A, only because it allows you to turn on the water without getting in first.

Floor plan will help. is the pic setup same as yours with the wall and the toilets right there? A the door hits the toilet, B the shower door handle hits the wall. I may do a slider as neither hinge options are great.

I think a slider is the only answer. Usually I just like a shower screen but too many heads for showering to have the glass screen. Sorry but really this should have been planned from the start

None. All swing doors are going to hit the toilet.

Definitely A because it'll allow you to reach a towel hung on the left-side wall. A will also allow you to reach in with one hand /turn on the water ... rather than putting yourself in the way of the initial cold pray. If you go with B, the door will block you from reaching the towel.

But I'd go with a slider, which would eliminate the door swing altogether.

Actually I'd opt for a solid-colored shower curtain. You have a lot of veining here, and it's a bit busy ... a shower curtain could "tame" some of that. But that wasn't the question.
