That's a pretty happy mango. Where are you growing it and what variety?

On a very busy Facebook Mango group, they suggest, for young plants, letting it be until very small fruit start to form -- like BB-size. Once that happens, you can cut off the inflorescence. If you cut it off too early, it might try to bloom again.

Thank you for the advice! The tree is a grafted dwarf Nom Dok Mai, (if I could do it over I probably would have chosen an Ice Cream or Sherbet.) I live in central Minnesota and can understand that it seems unreasonable or difficult to grow a mango tree here, but I think I’ve prepared enough. I will let the flowers fruit and start picking them off once they achieve a small size, thank you!

I would say that accurate thinking of age of a grafted tree must include the age of the stock.
