Looks cool, but gimmicky. In my house it would just highlight any dog hair that is on the floor!

This was in the bathroom of a condo where I stayed; worked great as a night light and I was surprised it’s not done more frequently.

We put them in our bathroom on a motion sensor so they come on at night if you get up to use the toilet. I have no idea what brand .

chispa THAT made me laugh! We have two golden retievers and two cats. We will also reactivate the robot vacuum once the kitchen is finished. :-)

You don't really need it both under the counter and just above the floor ... I have the former (they carved a channel in the quartz for the light strip) and it lights everything just fine. Turns on via a switch on the other side of the island. No issues; it's a neat gimmick when friends come over.
