Need help with this unusual powder bath
The mirror is opposite the toilet, and there is a window above the sink instead of the usual mirror. I want to replace the vanity and the small corner table with a longer vanity but am having trouble visualizing what will look good. I think I want a new corian countertop and backsplash as my husband is ducklike and somehow manages to get water everywhere. I will probably re-use the existing plumbing as it is consistent with the rest of the house. The rest of the house is contemporary in styling so I want to get more of that vibe too and am thinking a floating cabinet might work well, or just a shelf below the countertop. What do you think of that? Any other ideas or suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Thank you for the helpful input. It's a little tight but there definitely is sufficient clearance to install a vanity along the length of that window wall. I will do a more minimal wall hung cabinet so it doesn't make the space too crowded visually. Maybe something like this below. The toilet wall is 4.5 long so it looks comparable to this, although there will likely be a smaller gap between the toilet and the countertop.

I did the sketch with your existing paint coulour which is hard to tell what it is exacly but you might want to go lighter for this scheme. An all around wall paper could also be interesting.

If you want to add another sink then use two of the same mirrors, even though there is only one window.
