If you are not going to replace TV console with longer one then

I would move lamp with side table from window on either side of the sofa.

Plus plant or wall art for balance.

Too much yellow in the room. I tried to play with colors, brining some interest in.

Lots of great suggestions. For clarification: the walls are an off-white, not a yellow. The lighting was odd and with the tv settings they looked yellow. The round table is a remnant of what was there before—it sat between 2 accent chairs. Idea was to move it to the right of the couch but I think to the left of the couch and on the side of the tv looks good too!

The tv wall arrangement is a nice start.

Kendrah and celery have good suggestions to fill in the sides by tv and the sofa.

I feel that the art over the sofa is hung a bit too high...might be better on the eyes if the top of the painting is on the same level as the top of the tv frame.

Can we see other images of the space? It looks like there could be a much better layout for you.

Why not try moving the round side table, to the corner in between the sofa and TV. Then place some vertical artwork in that corner and then look at getting a tall plant to place on the other side.
