Why is hutch in the LR? What do you use it for ? It seems an odd pice for a LR so I need info

Very pretty and not overdone. Try adding a live chrysanthemum or group of gourds and mini pumpkins instead of the dry sticks and books.

Paint the wall behind it the same color as the dark at the bottom of the art. Leave the vase/twigs but pull it a bit out of the corner. Remove everything else. Less is more.

We might suggest just removing all the items on top of the small cabinet. Then just leave the artwork, and place a small tray on top of the cabinet.

I think it depends on what is on the wall behind the table. The wall not shown. You don't want anything too similar or anything that would clash with whatever is on that wall.

I like the birch art there because it's like an extra window next to the outdoors seen through the actual window. No need to frame it. Instead of turning on the overhead light, put a small table lamp or a pair of buffet lamps that echo style and finishes of your dining pendant. You could add a nice antique or modern tray with some nice crystal glasses to suggest hospitality or some unique candlesticks, antique silver ice bucket with a bottle of champagne in it. Decor items should always be functional.

Will suggest that you leave the wall as is but consider a new built-in sideboard in a color to match you dining table and chairs or you could paint your existing sideboard to match the dining furniture. Would suggest if you keep the sideboard that you at least replace the doors. They are rather dated.
