Dining followed by the Living photos

Is this a rental or do you own it?

1. art over the FP. it should be about the size of the firebox.

2. center the DR rug on the windows it should not be up against the wall like that.

I would start with art and I like Art.com since many pieces can be oredered in a choice odf size . I like alarge pieces better than a bunch of small and I really dislkke "gallery" walls I hang art in a gallery and never have we hung this style of wall.If this is an owned property the firs thing I would do is remove that wholw shelf system from the DR it is making no sense to me. Waht you reall need is a coat closet so maybe look at something to work for that first . I need to see the whole floor plan to scale if you are the owner if this is a rental all ideas for change are off the table so answer please do you own or rent IMO all decor is chosen becuase you love it not a bunch of cheap crap to fill shelves
