Whichever wallpaper you choose I would do all four walls with it. If you only do one it will look like you didn't have enough to complete the job. Or just paint the walls more of a color (instead of a neutral) and get larger art that isn't as quiet as what you currently have. Also replace the mirror and light fixture.

The other benefit of wallpapering a small powder room is that you don't need a lot of paper, relatively speaking, so you can get a more expensive one but you won't break the budget.

We need context and info please . Waht are those pics on the wall why re they there? Is this a powder room or full bath Wallpaper is chosen with a plan in mind what is the plan? A bunch of wallpapers shown will not be helpful IMO without context . This is like which dress should I wear ?????

Wallpaper all four walls. Oddly enough, small rooms can really take the whole space being wallpapered. Don't only one wall looks skimpy. If you love that subtle wallpaper, go for it. Yes, small rooms are a space to go large and wild in. But if you learn more towards a subtle pretty aesethetic, this paper will look beautiful in here.

If you intend to hang artwork on the wall where it is currently located, I think you need larger pieces. Or have those framed and matted so they take up more space on the wall.

If you don't want to wallpaper the entire bathroom, perhaps look at doing board and batten wainscotting and then wallpaper above that.
