If I could make a rain garden, I would choose to do a small one just off the drive and before the sidewalk for one side of this duplex. There are two downspouts and the ground does slant toward the road. Alternatively, a small rain garden could be between properties off the north downspout where there is already a slight depression and water collects in short, heavy rain storms.

However, I rent. So I will look to adopt a rain garden project.
