You’ve probably heard, the Tupperware company has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Ch 11 means the company hopes to reorganize and keep operating, but it seems a tall order. There’s a bazillion resealable plastic food containers out there - heck I get a couple with every Chinese takeout order - and evil plastic is out of favor anyway - SWMBO insists on virtuous glass crypts for our leftovers aka future science experiments.

What is your favorite replacement for the food storage tasks once synonymous with Tupperware?

Personally, I use gallon ziplock bags for everything. If it’s liquid, doubled up. I’m the guy who washes and re-uses his ziplock bags, because drying ziplock bags everywhere is the cherry on top for a classy kitchen.
