My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Rebloom and one just recently finished

last year

Wow is our drought done!! We've had a lot of rain with the rain from the hurricane on the way tonight and tomorrow which may be substantial.

Belle Isle Sentry is reblooming, about 18 buds and 15 buds, with another scape on the way. These 2 are early enough that I will be able to enjoy them this year.

VT Autumn Fires just finished blooming a week or so ago, so I've had very few days this summer without blooms since about mid May. A very good year.
