If your garden is pretty --- and you can make it pretty with a bit of effort, I'd put the living room with a view of the garden, swapping the LR and Kitchen/DR. Your name and the style of the house suggests you might live in a place with warm weather, allowing a nice flow from inside and out if the living room and Kitchen/Dining room were swapped. Additionally, you can put a fair amount of storage under the stairs,

Where's the entry to the house? I note you have door in the wall around the garden. Is that an entry to the garden from the street? Do you use that gate to get to the door to the house?

Thks Sigrid for your comments. House is in İzmir Turkey. It will be quite hot and sunny in summer. Extensions (kitchen, dining room, storage) are to be added to the 2 store main house. Living room will be interior with less sun Light. You are right there is no door for the main enterance. We couldnt find a place because of limited space.
