Post a picture of the entire room in 1 shot. And a floor plan with walls , doors and window measurements.

Draw and measure the whole room. Show all the windows, doors and their dimensions. All the wall dimensions. Is there a better way? No. Some pictures of her furniture, size of couch , coffee table,etc

The TV could go in the far corner to the right of the french doors at an angle...you could watch from the kitchen. They make angle mounts for TV's.

The sofa on the wall with track lights facing the french doors. Or a sectional with one side on the front door wall. Or side chair in that corner...not seen.

They make coffee tables that open up into tables for dining. That or small bistro set like an ice cream parlor next to the counter. Tall bookshelf behind the front door.

It looks like you'll have to place the TV in one of the corners on either side of the door. You'll most likely need to place it on an articulating arm so you can move it how you need to. Then you'll have a couch, or 4 swivel chairs, in the space to turn towards the TV.
