Figuring out Neutral Paint for a Condo facing West

We are remodeling a Gulf Front Condo, 5th floor. Turtle Glass windows are being installed but it looks like the painter will be ready before the window installer. Have done BM Navajo White with white trim, doors etc in most houses but am worried that it will be too dark with the turtle glass (.45 vft). Kitchen and 2 bedrooms are darker than the main room. Any suggestions for a white or neutral paint that will work throughout. Assuming I am doing walls and ceilings the same color and trim, doors etc can either be another color or a gloss version of the color picked. Flooring picture attached for the main living areas of the condo and the bathrooms

Not necessarily "the best" but these some of the most popular colors of white and off-white. They're in order by hue family.

Sea Turtle Protection Ordinances "Turtle glass" will substantially reduce the visual transmittance (VT) of the windows as you know. But the VT of your windows may actually be lower depending on the manufacturer and the need to minimize solar heat gain (SHGC) of west-facing windows. For example, to reach a VT of 45% for an Enerlux dual-pane window, you'd have to buy a 340 glass pack whose VT is only 39%.

Maybe it would be best to paint with a bright, neutral white such as Sherwin Williams High Reflective White, Behr Ultra Pure White, or Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace. I painted my condo which has north- and south-facing windows and a skylight with Ultra Pure White. The appearance of the walls varies with the lighting and time of day but, IMO, it never looks bad.

Don't forget to start with a drywall primer!
