Assuming you want to keep the body of the house yellow, this is, I think, a nice Behr paint color combination.

I agree that blue has got to go! I wouldn't bother with staining the blue x-column, just paint it the same as the rest of the trim. If it isn't structural (just put there to hide the space behind it), maybe you could remove it and use landscaping to screen that area. I think your window frames should be the same color as your front door surround, either off-white, or a sage green would look good with your brick and complement the yellow siding, and would also look more modern. I hope you are planning to add some landscaping? You can get some pretty good free landscape advice on this site, and it could turn your home into a little showpiece!

The windows over your garage have no headers. Neither does this house. Remove the shutters because they don't fit properly and it makes that entire space look squished.

Paint the siding, brick, foundation all one color. Bright white for trim. The color here may be B.M. Grant Beige.

I love the wood look on the front door and garage door...a very good investment, IMO.

Remove the metal blue thing and the tree.

Fix the front stairs and landscape.
